Double color injection mould and machine is not the new technology and it is a very matured technology now, it contains two plastic material in the same injection molding and running in one set of double color injection molding machine, two forming times, but it’s only one time ejector and one performed product. The required technical points as below:

1. The two cavities shape is different, performed in one product, and the cores are totally same.

2. When injection molding, the first of injection product size can be slightly larger, make the second injection more full and pretty!

3. The two cores must rotate 180 degree, and then make sure to suit with cavities.

4. Make sure two cores and cavities fully cooling and uniform. 

5. Usually, the first injection will with the rigid material and second material is more softer.
